Run an RPG at Ribble Board Game Convention!
Are you a Dungeon Master, Game Master, Keeper, Referee, Storyteller, or Narrator? We'd love to have you bring your adventures to Ribble Board Game Convention!
Whether you run Dungeons & Dragons, Call of Cthulhu, Pathfinder, Cyberpunk, or any other RPG system, there's a place for your table here. If it involves dice, roleplaying, and memorable stories, we want to see it.
We have a dedicated RPG room where players can dive into epic adventures throughout the weekend. Our aim is to introduce new people to the hobby while giving experienced players unforgettable games.
What we're looking for
- Adventures that are welcoming to both new and experienced players.
- Tables for up to 5 players where possible.
- Sessions lasting around 4 hours or longer.
- A friendly, inclusive atmosphere where everyone can have fun.
- We ask all GMs to use appropriate player safety tools (such as X-Cards) and to include natural breaks during longer sessions to ensure everyone remains comfortable.
- Bring spare created and blank character sheets.
Before you submit your game
Please let us know:
- Does your game include player-versus-player (PvP)?
- Is it beginner friendly? (We'd love it if the answer is yes!)
- Does it contain mature themes? (We encourage keeping games suitable for a general audience.)
GM Rewards
As a thank you for volunteering your time:
- Run one game on a day and receive free entry for that day.
- Run games on two days? You'll receive free entry for both.
- Run 6 or more games over the weekend and we'll provide a shared cottage room from Thursday to Sunday (breakfast not included).
